[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] Now With Separate Application, Timed Updates?

Now that we have a separate application, it seems like adding timed 
updates could be doable.  This may have been asked about, so my 
apologies if this has already been requested after the betas shipped. 
If T-Mobile allows x syncs per day, it would be nice to select up to 
that many to take place throughout the day you work, or perhaps a 
morning and evening.  Then perhaps this could even be done in the 
background, but I'm not too picky :-).  I could use a ProximitySync 
script from Salling Clicker to do this I believe, if MS for hiptop is 
Apple Scriptable and  I can be provided the commands.
