[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] Sync with new beta: Sync occurs, then a hang, then success

I downloaded the new beta and reset the sync per the instructions. A  
slow sync was then run which worked fine; both contacts and calendar  
synced. The application then hangs displaying "Processing changes  
from your Macintosh". The log shows:

I quit and ran it again. This time it did a slow sync of the  
calendar, deleting previous records and pushing all the new ones.  
This time the calendar sync was reported as successful. Data on the  
device looks okay.
