[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] I messed up

When I went to do a first sync (on Tiger), it said it will sync my  
contact from address book, and my other phone.  I thought this was  
weird, I didn't want duplicates from my other phone, so when the  
message came up saying the program wanted to access my address book  
and calendar, I said no to stop it.

Now I cannot sync at all!  It connects for a second, then stops, says  
it never synced.  I uninstalled the app, trashed preferences, but it  
won't sync at all.  In fact I have now reached my maximum number of  
connects today, and now I have to wait 24 hours!  This is crazy.

How do I get it to sync again?  Where is that address book and  
calendar message coming from?  I didn't check the don't show this  
message again, so it shouldn't have disappeared forever.
