[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] problems syncing post 2.3 update

I've read some of the post regarding this matter.. it seems that  
since the update, i am unable to sync as well... ive tried de  
registering sync clients, re-installing software.. and nothing.. when  
i click sync, it stays on the the "processing changes from hiptop"..  
Any help would be great.. Thanks
