[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] Noticed after syncing

The dashes, at least in Address Book (on the Mac), are automatically  
inserted and are based on the Preference "Automatically format phone  
numbers". So the underlying data is stored however you entered it,  
but when displayed in address book, it is neatly formatted. Turn off  
this preference and you'll see that your numbers don't have the  
dashes unless you put them there.
