Sure.  There's been three people who have handled my customer support 
questions via email:

Kevin is the one who recommended the software.
Nicholas P said he didn't know when or if it would be supported.
And Charles had to apologize after I emailed a disapproving sentiment 
about forwarding me to a product that they won't support.
