[missing-sync-hiptop-talk] May 9th, What's The Status?

Does anyone know why missing sync has to use t-mobile at all?  I mean 
we all have a USB cable for this device, is it totally impossible to 
just send the data straight to the sidekick and then the sidekick will 
back it up online automatcially like it always does.  If anyone can 
answer this it would be greatly appreciated
