I agree with this assessment. And I for one hold no grudge against M/S.
If I ever need one of their products I won't hesitate to purchase it.

However, I am going to jump ship on Sidekick/T-Mobile just as soon as a
good alternative comes along. I'm tired of the way they treat their customers.
