1. UPDATE: Missing Sync for Palm OS, v5.1.1

Just a few days ago, Mark/Space released version 5.1.1 of The Missing  
Sync for Palm OS. Version 5.1.1 is a free update for owners of  
v5.0/5.1; owners of pervious versions or other qualifying Missing  
Sync products are eligible for a special, discounted upgrade price  
(see <http://www.markspace.com/missingsync_upgrade_matrix.html> for  
details).

This release addresses issues subscribing to Google calendars, fixes  
various category-related issues with the Mark/Space conduits that  
handle Address Book and iCal data, improves exception handling,  
supports custom field ordering for Garmin iQue devices and introduces  
other minor bug fixes and improvements.

We're also pleased to announce that version 5.1.1 introduces Italian  
and Spanish language versions of the application. All supported  
languages are included in a single installer.

3. SUPPORT: Support Response Time Delays

Due to overwhelming demand for our latest product releases, response  
times to support requests are running significantly longer than we  
like. The average time between submitting your request and receiving  
an initial response from a customer support representative is  
currently four business days. Customers should expect to receive any  
necessary follow-up replies to the same query within one business day.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause. In the  
meantime, we encourage customers to use the available self-help  
resources at <http://www.markspace.com/support/>, as they offer  
immediate solutions to most problems, including lost registration  
codes, re-downloading the software and trouble connecting or syncing  
with a device.

Mark/Space is in the process of hiring additional customer support  
representatives, and we appreciate your patience while we work to  
return our support response times to an acceptable level.
