1. NEWS: Missing Sync for Tapwave Zodiac Released

Mark/Space's Missing Sync for Tapwave Enables Synchronization
Between Zodiac Handhelds and Mac OS X Desktops

April 2, 2004 - Los Gatos, California - Mark/Space, Inc., makers of the
award-winning Missing Sync software family, announces the availability of
The Missing Sync for Tapwave(R), enabling users to connect and synchronize
information between a Zodiac(TM) console and a Mac computer running Mac OS
X v10.2.8 or later via USB or Bluetooth.

Users of the Tapwave Zodiac, an entertainment-focused device based on Palm
OS, will not only enjoy fast synchronization of files between their
handhelds and Macs, but will be able to benefit from a specially-designed
Game Installer developed for games sold through the Tapwave store
(www.tapwave.com). While many games designed for the Zodiac only include
installers for Windows PC users wrapped in a .zip file, the Missing Sync
Game Installer allows Mac users to drag-and-drop these or any .zip file for
installation on the Zodiac. It also offers a High Score conduit that
enables users to share high scores over the Internet.

"The Missing Sync for Tapwave is an important development that will make it
much easier for Mac users to get the most out of their Zodiacs," said Byron
Connell, Tapwave's co-founder and senior vice president of marketing. "Mac
users now have one more reason to choose the Zodiac for mobile
entertainment and their on-the-go lifestyle needs."

Missing Sync for Tapwave leverages the rich audio/video capabilities of the
Zodiac, making it simple to move music, audio and digital picture files
between iPhoto or iTunes on the Mac and either of the handheld's expansion
card slots. To further enable users to organize and display photos on their
Zodiac consoles, Missing Sync for Tapwave includes SplashData's acclaimed
SplashPhoto image viewer.

"Tapwave has created waves with Zodiac, providing an unparalleled mobile
entertainment experience," said Brian Hall, president of Mark/Space. "Mac
users who love great multi-media action and having music, games, news,
photos and the information they need to access at a moment's notice at
their fingertips anytime/anywhere, will need look no further than Zodiac
and The Missing Sync for Tapwave."

Zodiac users will now be able to significantly increase their handheld's
functionality as a source for information and entertainment, including the
ability to tie into their Mac's Internet connection to download emails and
browse Web pages. Missing Sync for Tapwave further supports AvantGo
synchronization, resulting in quick downloads of news, weather, sports,
stock quotes, maps, and movie listings, among others.

Additional key features of The Missing Sync for Tapwave include:

* The ability to synchronize calendar events, addresses, memos and to-do
items with the Palm Desktop software, plus synchronization of iCal(TM)
calendar events, to-do items, and Mac OS Address Book contact information
after installing iSync and the iSync Palm Conduit, both available from
www.apple.com/isync;

* Synchronization support for Mac applications with existing third party
Palm OS conduits (available separately with products such as Pocket
Quicken, FileMaker Mobile, Entourage, Meeting Maker, etc.).

* Desktop mounting, enables users to transfer files between the Mac and
Zodiac's two expansion card slots, essentially using the Zodiac as a card
reader or for portable storage.

* The ability to download email messages to any Palm OS email client (not
included), read and reply while offline, then connect later to send and
receive.

Availability
Missing Sync for Tapwave is available for Electronic Software Download for
$39.95 at <http://store.markspace.com>. Product information is available at
<http://www.markspace.com/missingsync_tapwave.html>. The Tapwave Zodiac 1
and Zodiac 2 are supported and require the Zodiac 1.1 Software Update,
which can be downloaded from

2. NEWS: Missing Sync Plans Unveiled for Palm OS Cobalt
   <http://www.markspace.com/downloads.html>

Mark/Space Unveils Plans for New Version of Missing Sync,
Enabling Synchronization Between Palm OS Cobalt Smart Mobile Devices
and Mac OS X Desktops

February 10, 2004 - San Jose (PalmSource Conference) - Palm OS(R)
application developers gathered at this year's PalmSource(R) developer
conference to learn about the new features of Palm OS(R) Cobalt, though
they may recognize one feature not currently included-Mac synchronization.
Mac OS(R) X users, however, need not worry. Mark/Space, Inc., makers of the
award-winning Missing Sync software family, announces plans for the newest
release of Missing Sync for Palm OS, to be released later this year in
anticipation of the first Palm OS Cobalt devices. The newest member of the
Missing Sync family will enable users to connect and synchronize
information between Palm OS Cobalt devices and Macs running Mac OS X via
USB, network, WiFi or Bluetooth. The new version, which will support all
devices based on Palm OS 4.0 or higher, will also include synchronization
support for Tapwave Zodiac handhelds.

"Mark/Space is a leader in delivering vital synchronization solutions for
Palm Powered smart mobile devices," said Larry Berkin, director of
developer marketing for PalmSource. "We believe the ability for Mac users
to sync with Palm OS Cobalt means that they will be able to upgrade to
newer, more powerful handhelds without losing the critical ability to
synchronize with their desktops."

Missing Sync for Palm OS will include synchronization support enabling
users to synchronize iCal(tm) calendar events, to-do items, and Mac OS X
Address Book contact information. It will also work with existing Palm OS
conduits written for Mac OS X, providing synchronization support for other
Mac applications currently synchronized by users (such as Pocket Quicken,
FileMaker, Entourage, Meeting Maker, etc.).

Missing Sync for Palm OS will increase a handheld's functionality as a
source for information and entertainment. Users of non-wireless devices
will benefit from the ability to tie into their Mac's Internet connection,
taking full advantage of email download and Web browsing capabilities
available for Palm OS handhelds. Missing Sync for Palm OS supports AvantGo
synchronization, resulting in quick downloads of news, weather, sports,
stock quotes, maps, and movie listings, among others.

With powerful processors and the rich audio/video capabilities of today's
Palm Powered devices, many handhelds are used for portable entertainment
and photo display. Missing Sync makes it simple to move music, audio and
digital picture files between a handheld and iPhoto or iTunes on a Mac at
speeds of up to 40 times faster than a normal HotSync operation.

Application developers with an eye on the Mac market will appreciate not
being forced to rewrite Mac conduits for existing applications. Further,
developers will be able to employ a Mark/Space toolkit, enabling them to
write new conduits for native applications while at the same time allowing
them to leverage Palm OS Cobalt features, including PalmSource's new
database schema, and synchronization of records larger than 64K. Developers
interested in learning more should visit www.markspace.com to download a
technical whitepaper.

"Mac users are an enthusiastic and savvy group that are usually among the
first to adopt the latest and greatest technologies," said Brian Hall,
president and CEO of Mark/Space, Inc. "We are actively engaging Palm OS
licensees and developers to assure them that an improved Mac solution will
be available soon and they should prepare to sell into this market."

Missing Sync is available in retail outlets throughout the world with
distributors in France, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany and the United
States. Mark/Space offers products localized in Japanese, French and German.
