I am not running anything that changes the speed of my CPU. The following
are programs that I do have that may affect my system:
AlarmMaster
AME (works with AddressPlus)
Botzam Backup
Botzam Recorder
Botzam Undelete
CalcOnTop
CleanUp
Crash
DigiMe
FindHack (for OS 5.0)
Fonts4TC
IconMgr
PC:ButtonLauncher
McPhling
Mi:D
PowerDA (for 9 different desk accessories)
TealMaster (for TealLens)
TextPlus
UnInstall Manager
I have many other programs. These are just what I have under my Utilities
tab.
I just put version 1.1 of MS Mail back on my Tungsten C and it works fine.
The problem is somewhere in the 2.0 version.

Are you running any "hacks" or "system extensions"? Things that speed up or
slow down your CPU? That is the exact sort of "random behavior" you can see
when you use one of those speed-up utilities to overclock your CPU.
