This depends on the applications supporting the "Exchange Manager". 
Each application that supports it, i.e. Documents To Go, SplashPhoto, 
etc. registers for the Exchange Manager and then Mark/Space Mail can 
use it for opening an attachment. There isn't a way for a user to 
control this.
