I think, as you mentioned in another part of your response, that for 
some reason the Treo 600 did not recognize that the card was in the 
slot - even though it was.  I removed the card and re-inserted it and I 
started to see the Save option! (BTW - is there some other way to jog 
the Treo to recognize a card - it seems that sometimes it forgets that 
the card is there?)

This brings me to another question:

With some attachments, I'm given the option of using a particular 
program to open the attachment and for others I'm not.  Is there a way 
to associate a program with a "file type" so that I can open the 
attachment?
