I don't think Documents To Go registers for this. If the filename ends 
in .txt, then I believe that Memo Pad will open it. M/S Mail is 
dependent on what the other programs do and if they don't register for 
that file type (either based on a MIME type or a file extension), we 
don't know that they can open the attachment. Most programs don't let 
you change what types they can handle.
