[BA-Rockets] Launch sites in the Bay Area

Brad, let me encourage you to make the trip and fly with LUNAR in a 
couple weeks.

I used to launch model rockets at the Berkeley Harbor when I was a kid 
(mid 1970s).  it was never a good place to launch, and it's closed now, 
completely fenced off and reverting to native plants...
