[BA-Rockets] Launch sites in the Bay Area

There actually is still a signed area near the Berkeley Marina that allows
launching small rockets on two Saturday and Sunday mornings a month, but it
is much more satisfying to go to LUNAR and launch with the big group and get
to see other launches and get advice from experienced racketeers (plus there
is another sign somewhere else on the Berkeley Marina grounds that appears
to contradict the first sign).

Brad, let me encourage you to make the trip and fly with LUNAR in a
couple weeks.
I used to launch model rockets at the Berkeley Harbor when I was a kid
(mid 1970s). it was never a good place to launch, and it's closed now,
completely fenced off and reverting to native plants...
