[BA-Rockets] newcomer seeking club; launch site info

There are SOME places in the Bay area where you can launch small (A & B, maybe C) engine rockets
under significant restrictions, without a club or fire marshal approval yes? The place I'm thinking
of is the Berkeley Marina area near the sign that lays out the rules on two weekend mornings a
month(I can't remember exactly which ones but could check).
