[BA-Rockets] NAR Observer for TARC Launch Sunday

Sorry to bother everyone but I'm stuck with a problem and need help...

The last TARC launch for the 2004 TARC competition will be held tomorrrow 
morning at Robertson
Park from 9-12.  I'll be there to RSO and observe any TARC teams that want 
to fly.

The problem is that I can't sign off on the San Ramon TARC team as I'm 
their mentor and
father of a team-member.

If there's a senior NAR member who can be there just  from 11am to noon to 
observe the SRVHS
team's last qualification flight, it would really be appreciated.  These 
guys have worked really
hard and it would be a shame if they couldn't make the finals just because 
we couldn't get
an observer.
