[BA-Rockets] Launch Dates!!!

We have managed to get a window of opportunity open at DeAnza College, 
with construction done on Lots A & B, but not started on Lot C.  We will 
launch October 26 and November 30.  (No word yet on possibilities for 
December.)

We expect a load of people, so we will plan on starting early, around 11 
am.

DeAnza has generously allowed us to rent the new A & B lot combination 
for the same fee that we were previously charged for the B lot only.  
The down side to this new arrangement is that our permit is aimed at use 
of lots A & B, but not C, which limits us to maximum impulse of D.  No 
more E / F launches until we find another launch site.

Cliff Sojourner has volunteered to haul the trailer, but we can 
definitely use more help.  The lots have been changed, and the familiar 
poles that we used to use for hanging our caution tapes are now gone.  
We will start setting up around 10 am, and we will need some help 
improvising the new safety zones.
